Like everyone, we've been expanding product lines to compensate for slowing in SF volume. One market being targeted in FHA MF in the modest loan amount range -- probably under $10 million loan size -- so we're the small guy on the block.
Haven't done any tomb stones yet viewing them as ego trips for the big boys. Open to any advise on those who have used them and whether they're worth the expense. |
