CitiBank or First Horizon approved mortgage brokers in NC

I'm searching for CitiBank or First Horizon authorized mortgage brokers in the Raleigh, NC area. I have specific needs which I have spelled out in another post (with good feedback by the way) and these two organizations have a product that I believe will work for me.

I prefer to work with a broker rather than going directly to the lender because I just believe a broker is more flexible. Also, CitiBank does not have any offices in my area and I would prefer to work with someone face to face but would be open to someone outside my area if I can't find anyone here.

Any referrals or ideas on how to find someone would be appreciated.

Jack, I spoke with a friend of mine who said he has a similar program to the one you are seeking but with a different wholesale lender. I haven't checked with all of my brokers in the Raleigh area as yet but I'd suggest you call Keith Teegarden @ 919-865-0762 and tell him that I sent you to him. He is the same broker that I sent my brother-in-law to. (to give you an idea as to how much I trust this guy, my brother-in-law is also one of my closest friends)
