hello,

I am trying to put a proposal together to team up with a local developer in my area that I am good friends with.

Only problem is that I do not have any experience negotiating contracts when it comes to money and splits.

Has anyone here been involved in the process of starting or maintaining one of these relationships? Any help or advice would be great.

thanks everyone.

If you are asking this question here, I will be totally honest with you.

Are you dense? Learn from my mistakes!

You need legal advice.

Otherwise-being cheap on this split will land you in a potential *world* of hurt.

Hugs...go find your local broker association attorney. He will give you a break.
