| Your not serious? Let me tell you something, my inbox every day is flooded by the same banks and the same lenders, and new banks and lenders, but one thing never EVER CHANGES... that everyday things change. :) to many people think the mortgage industry is like the day after thanksgiving sale.. 2 many people think, "hey heres 4 facts about my client and i want to know which bank can do best" Everyone who answers you is going to be giving you a guess, and I don't know about you, but I dont like to put my client with something that based on a guess. So sit back, spend some time, do some research on there situation, and figure out which program is going to best for them, and then go for the banks that offer that program, and then with what options you have, find the best rate. :) it's not a simple answer, so please everyone!! dont give him one ;) |

I don't know.
Mr Rip, I edited your caustic remark using foul language. This is a site we want a grade school child to be able to read without offensive language.
