Perhaps you could explain a bit more about what you are looking for?
The experience that *I* have had with DC in general has been less than....ethical (their side of course, not mine :P)? shall we say? I'm a bit curious on what you're looking for. |

DC rose out of the ashes- after the 125% meltdown in the late 90's.
They formed a HLTV group, and have done some interesting things.
Ethical, are you talking about suggesting throwing a form or a orginal 1003 out when it doesn't fit? :? |

| Im having a hard time looking for a lender in CA that is willing to lend on a 20 acre SFR purchase. The loan amount is for $1,000,000 and its @ 68% LTV. 706 Fico, Full doc, the only bumps i get is because this property is in agricultural zoning and has an avocado grove on it. However my borrower has no intention of using the grove as income. Has anyone had this type of loan before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| I can honestly say that I've never had an avocado grove on a property before. |

Although Homeland Capital Group is already set up with Dana Capital I can't help with this scenario......except to offer this bit of advice....
Find out which lender currently holds the note and see if they will do it again.
Or, contact Steven Purser @ 1-866-744-3581. He is with Magna Mortgage. He may not handle California but he should be able to refer you to the right AE if Magna does California.
Good luck! |
