I have spent a lot of useless time buying internet leads from companies and spending most of my time trying to get these people on the phone.
Then one day a company called me about trying something new called Live call transfer's.
People respond to advertisement's like those for LendingTree however, this company transferred these calls live to me on an exclusive basis.
At first with trying them out, not selecting any specific criteria, my closing ratio was only about 1 in 5 but when I selected FICO scores, property types, and some other criteria my closing rations when up to 1 out of 2.
I also work for the company providing these, plus do my mortgage business.
