Need a lender in Dallas, TX

Hi,

I and my wife are looking for a lender and we are interested in 5yr ARM/ 7yr ARM/30yr fixed. We want to go for 80/10/10 and do not want to pay PMI. This is a new home under construction and is expected to be completed by end of Jan'2005. So I am looking for a 90-day lock. Here are few other details

House price : $300K
My FICO : 710
Loans/Credit card debt : No loans and less than 2K on credit cards.
Annual Income : $80K
Yrs in current job: 6 yrs

I am looking for low interest rate and closing costs.
