Hey, he's on the east side of the pond! :idea: :idea: :idea:
Can I ask you to go into the education area, and tell all of us how your mortgages work? How long, what kind of rates and programs you have in your market. I know that in the "Down Under" part of the globe they use more HELOC types of products than we do, as first liens. (The mortgage nerd in me is always on the prowl for education!)
What part of the UK are you in? I have a good friend in London who is an IT person. He writes screeen plays on the side. He tried to explain a few things to me, but his verbiage was not what we use here, and he doesn't know that much about them. |
