wants to go stated
interest only
which lender will allow this for single loan and give 5.25 % ARM rates? |

Try "NO RED TAPE mortgage"
They specialize in Jumbo and Super Jumbo loans.
They´ve always had great rates!
Their AE´s are pretty good.
I´ve closed several loans with them. Seemed to have common sense underwriters. They have high ltv jumbos and allowing loans to close in an LLC and blind trust. also they appear to have a pretty cool submission system.
