I know that often commercial real estate buyers often form partnerships or corporations to buy a property. Often they will form separate entity for each property/project. I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with this.
This is actually a business that I am in right now...incorporating people, so I am trying to learn more. Any help appreciated. |

David,
A lot of my previous experience was in Commercial Lending. I had numerous borrowers who would do exactly what you were talking about. They would form individual LLC's for each project. The main reason they did this was easy of book keeping the projects separate. The second reason which was just as important as the first is a lot of times they would have different individuals involved with different projects. They could form the LLC's with the partners who wanted to be involved in the project. |

I would love to find a way to find these people and do the incorporations for them. If you run into any, send them my way. I'll make sure they get first class service.
