Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company (WMC)

Great subprime lender!
I use them and I like their speed in underwriting with an almost paperless (you can even do your doc order form on the site without printing it!)

I could never get a loan closed with them-and when I did, It was like eating paper on post closing!
PMM-behave, I know they are a pass thru, and when the package hits the post closing area-the rockin' and rollin started. But they do some interesting paper. |

WMC is owned by General Electric and they have Option-One service their closed loans. It comes down to if you have a full file and a good AE/Processor team. Then anyone can usually bang your loan to the table.
