Looking for contractors for asset verification company

I am looking for sub contractors and appraisers in Indiana, for a verification service. Each contractor will be hired to work a district of the Bankruptcy court in this state. We will provide all equipment, software, and market opinion value on each item in the schedule B of the Bankruptcy papers. I am in search of subcontractors for every county north of Howard-This is Lake, St Joesph and Stueben/Wayne and the southern areas of Indiana which is near New Albany/Jefferson county-west to Evansville and Terre Haute. Generally this is 2-4 hours of work per file, and you meet with the homeower. Depending on cases filed, you would normally work an average of 80 per month, and average about $200 per file.

If you have an appraiser's license, please send me your resume for consideration, along with your required fee's for residential real estate appraisals. I will also require references for the appraisal work. Do not send samples with the resume. I will request those later.

We are open to interview anyone for the verification process part of this, that has a working knowledge of sales, real estate, loan processing, and interviewing clients for origination of loans, insurance, and same types of business. Legal professional students are encouranged to apply also.

This is a home based business, which requires DSL or Cable service for communications to the home office and our legal area. You will recieve training on all software and expections of the areas we will cover. We have a full staff of IT, legal and sales and training teams to assist you. You would report into and interface with the company website, and all checks would be payable upon delivery of your report to the trustee's office.
