| i have a client that from looking at their credit it look like forclosure..hence 120late...but they have almost caught up..i need 80% rate term refi to get them out of this.....any ideas??? |

| What are the credit scores? I may have an idea or two if the mid score is 500. |

Option One does these on a case by case basis on their Legacy Program, Credit Suisse allows for credit scores down to 500, and they may look at it if they are currently less than 60 days down, New Century may also look at this deal. I am of course assuming that it is full doc, owner occupied, sfr. Fremont will do some nasty stuff too, although they will beat you up on the appraisal.
