| That would depend on the mortgage program. There is more involved than simply your 'on th ejob' time. it also depends on why you only have 6 months. Do you have similar job history? School? Anything tieing you together? Is it salary or commission or wage or what? |

Some loans dont care at all about your job or how long you've been emplyed. Others look at it very much. My suggestion is to find a couple local brokers who will work with you.
What State are you in?
Most brokers can do 100% financing up to $300-$500k with a fico of about 580
Which is POOR CREDIT. Do you have collections or bad history? or just short history? |
