Hi everyone,
I'm new here and recently attempted to buy a home but it failed.
I could'nt get the mortgage but had a investor help me for three months until I cleared my credit. A mortgage guy help me during this process well during the process I suddenly was laid off and was told i be back in two weeks well the underwriter calls while i was laid off and that screwed everything up. They found a investor for me so i could save my 4,000 down payment for the house. Well they raise the rent to 900 and it was hard. Well i lost the money and had to move. This have been since febuary and i'm living back home. I was told that 6 months on a new job is all I need to get a mortgage and also to clear medical bills. Is this true and can I make a 6 month payment stretch for the medical bills.
