I just found out that with this program mortgage brokers can raise credit score in 72 hours has anyone here use this to help their clients get approved for loans?

Well, the start of the process is that you need to have something to re-score. All this will really do is if you have things to update immediately (e.g. collections/judgements that have been paid off, incorrect BK info, etc) then it'll raise your score accordingly.
It still requires a lot of work to be of any major importance. With the scores you guys have it'll require a great deal of changes in order to get to the 100% area (usually about a 580 credit score, sometimes 560.) but those rates will be rather high, as well. |
