Hi I just received my gfe. I asked for no closing cost loan. When reading line 802, is this also money i have to pay at settlement?

Go down to line 1400.
GFE on a "no cost" loan should itemize the estimated cost and then show a "Paid by Lender". Only amount you should pay is for prepaid expenses.
Obviously the "no cost" feature is made possible by a higher interest rate. No always the best way to go. |
